Teen Mom - After Show is reality TV series developed by MTV as an after show special to the spin-off to 16 and Pregnant as it chronicles the lives of four of the original teens in 16 and Pregnant as they work through their first year of motherhood and fatherhood. Maci is a seventeen-year-old mother of a little boy, Bentley, who had the goal to go onto college but her pregnancy waylaid that, especially as Bentley’s father, Ryan, does little to help. Farrah is an eighteen-year-old mother of a little girl, Sophia, who is trying hard to remain as normal as possible by dating and going out with her friends. Amber is a nineteen-year-old mother of a little girl, Leah, who has to support herself while trying to gain her GED. Catelynn is a seventeen-year-old mother of a little girl, Carly, deals with adjusting back to a normal life after she gave her daughter up for adoption, a decision that her stepfather is not quite happy with. MTV correspondent SuChin Pak talks with Maci, Farrah, Amber, and Catelynn as well as other teen moms as they talk about all of the issues, both heartwarming and difficult, that came up during the season of the show.
