Tampa AM

Tampa AM is a television show that captures the atmosphere, anticipation, excitement and the overall fun of the Tampa AM, a world-class skateboarding competition held at Skate Park of Tampa Fl. This show captures the drama when over 200 hopeful and accomplished skaters compete for the number one spot to be declared the winner. This first class amateur competition documents the amateur performance of current professionals such as Luan Oliveira who won back-to-back Tampa AM competitions and Kyle Berard who won both the Am and Pro contests at Skate Park. The viewer does not have to be an experienced or even a newbie skater to enjoy this show, an artistic, athletic presentation of flip tricks, aerials, grabs, grinds and slides of the top finalists against the background music of Indie bands such as Favourite Sons, The A-Sides and Broken Bicycles. Clips of the Moat Race, the tattoo artists, and Florida barbecue vendors round out the atmosphere of this skateboarding event. MORE
