Supernanny

Supernanny is a reality television show originally from the UK and airing on ABC when moved to the United States, starring Jo Frost- an extraordinary child caretaker who targets parents’ problems dealing with their children and gives them tips on how to solve them. After six seasons of helping British families, Jo Frost has now crossed America, including Hawaii and Alaska, to help parents determine what the children’s misbehaviors are and how many of them can be traced back to habits in the household. She teaches the families the methods she’s been using for years to transform the actions of little ones, and then the parents must exercise them without Supernanny’s help. Jo follows up with the families to see how her practices have worked, almost always with unbelievable success. Sometimes, however, it turns out that the parents, or even their dynamic, is the problem, and they must adjust their own ways if they want their children to be more cooperative.
