Stoked

Stoked is an animated action comedy TV series developed by Fresh TV that follows a group of teenage surfers, or “groms”, that find themselves working for the Surfer’s Paradise Ridgemount Resort, the top destination on Sunset Island, British Columbia, Canada. Surfer’s Paradise is a renowned go-to top spot for surfers but unfortunately the teenagers working their find themselves working for the hotel more often than catching the waves. Tough and fun Fin McCloud had gone to the resort hoping to become the surf instructor but when that position went to the cute, flirty, and dim Reef, she’s left working as a maid with a hideous uniform. Fin shares a room with newbie surfer Emma, who works as a waitress in the hotel’s dining room, and Lo, the daughter of the hotel’s owner who is trying to prove herself to her father. While Fin and Reef face off as rivals despite Reef’s crush on her, Emma pines for Lo’s older brother Ty, and the group deals with the wacky guests of the resort, the group helps each other get through the day to hit the waves.
