Space Ghost Coast to Coast

Space Ghost Coast to Coast is a comedic animated talk show parody on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim originally appearing in 1994. The show involves real life celebrities appearing on a television monitor in a hilarious cartoon universe hosted by the 1960's Hanna-Barbera super hero, Space Ghost. Like any late night talk show there's a house band, lead by the evil mantis "Zorak"- Space Ghost's arch nemesis. There's also a director/producer named Moltar, the lava man. Basically these two clowns help Space Ghost run the show as punishment for their crimes. Needless to say, things don't often run as smooth and some people end up laser blasted. Space Ghost also happens to be the most awkward interviewer in the whole universe, often mistaking or ignoring his high profile guests such as Conan O'Brien, David Byrne, Emeril Lagasse and Beck. This hilarious show spawned a spin off series, "The Brak Show", which reunited band members Zorak and Brak for an unrelated family style sitcom. MORE
