Shadow Skill is an anime series ADV Films released in 2005 and involves a story about a young female warrior, Elle Regu (voiced by Hayashibara, Megumi), who receives an award with the title of "59th Sevaar" which only the most elite warriors can achieve. The film was first released on Japanese television in 1998 but was later released by ADV Films in America after receiving many positive reviews. The film depicts an anime adventure about this young warrior travelling across the world alongside fellow companions such as her brother Gau Ban (voiced by Christian, Luci), who studies her fighting techniques in hope that he may too one day be as heroic as she is. Along the way, Elle encounters many battles as she bravely carries the heavy burden of her drinking problem and the many debts she is trying to repay. She travels fiercely, picking up jobs as she goes in attempt to relieve herself of these problems. This film is a fast-moving, intuitive and action-packed story which anyone of any age would enjoy watching.MORE
