Sell This House

Sell This House! is a reality series on A&E that features homeowners who are desperate to sell their homes. On each episode, host Tanya Memme introduces a family who has experienced some difficulty selling their house. Viewers get an initial tour of the house as the family walks Memme through their property. With the help of A&E and an undercover camera crew, Sell This House! sets up an open house in which perspective buyers tour the property. Afterwards, Memme sits down with the family to discuss some of the comments and criticisms about the house that were captured by the hidden cameras. Designer Roger Hazard is brought into the house to offer his expert advice, and together with the family, Hazard and Memme work hard to enhance the appearance of the house. Unlike other home improvement programs, all of the interior changes are made on a tight budget. Hazard and Memme focus on repainting, reorganizing, and removing personal clutter that often distracts buyers from the actual house. Once all of the improvements are made, the potential buyers are invited once again to tour the house and comment on the interior changes. Sell This House! premiered on July 6, 2003 and has currently aired for eight seasons. MORE
