SciGirls is a television series on PBS Kids designed for young teenage girls who want to learn more about science. Each 30-minute episode follows animated characters Izzie and Jake as they embark on an exciting scientific adventure. They recruit the help of a real-life group of SciGirls, middle school students who are actively engaged in scientific study. SciGirls aims to transform the way ‘tween girls view science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) by making learning exciting and relevant to the modern teenage world.
