Saved By The Bell

Saved by the Bell is a 90s television show about a group of students at Bayside High- Zack Morris (Mark-Paul Gosselaar), Kelli Kapowski (Tiffani-Amber Thiessen), Lisa Turtle (Lark Voorhies), Samuel "Screech" Powers (Dustin Diamond), Albert Clifford "A.C." Slater (Mario Lopez), and Jessie Spano (Elizabeth Berkley). Zack, charming and good looking, has been best friends with Lisa and Jessie since they were little, and has long harbored a crush on Kelly, who eventually because of his pursuits becomes part of their group of friends. Lisa is the fashion-forward member of the group, and Jessie is a do-gooder academic feminist. New kid A.C. Slater is the school jock, who competes with Zack for Kelly's affections but eventually becomes Zack's best friend. Rounding out the group is Screech, who has also known Zack from a young age, and has helped Zack with his schoolwork for years in exchange for protection from bullies, and a belonging with their group, even though it comes with plenty of good-natured ridicule. They are continually getting get in trouble with the principal, Mr. Richard Belding (Dennis Haskins), and having wacky adventures together. The group copes with academic struggles and relationships, while maintaining their friendships as a group. MORE
