Saddle Ranch is the VH1 reality series that follows the lives of the waitstaff of famous Los Angeles restaurant the Saddle Ranch Chop House. The restaurant, founded in 1999 by Larry Pollack, brings a Western feel to the trendy and upscale Sunset Strip, with a rock-and-roll atmosphere complete with a mechanical bull. Featured in shows like Sex in the City, The Bachelor, Desperate Housewives, The Girls Next Door and more, the Chop House is a Hollywood staple. The wait staff of the restaurant is mostly made up of young people trying to make it big in Hollywood. These attractive young actors, singers, and more are in Hollywood chasing their dreams, but they still have to pay the bills. We follow the staff as they keep one of the hottest businesses on the Sunset Strip running, while juggling their struggle to break into show business. Dave is such a tool…i wanted to slap him when that group of 15 girls came in and he zeroed in on that one and got her to ride the mechanical bull ( watch at http://vimeo.com/24488317 ) “Is she smart?” ummm “who cares she’s f*#*& hot!” ugh it was awesome that they used “The Bomb” by Pigeon John during her bullride though, I love that song
