Sabrina, the Teenage Witch

Sabrina The Teenage Witch is a sitcom based on the comic book series of the same name, starring Melissa Joan Hart as Sabrina Spellman, a teenager living with her aunts Hilda (Caroline Rhea) and Zelda (Beth Broderick), and their talking cat, Salem (voice of Nick Bakay) who discovers on her sixteenth birthday that she’s a witch with magic powers. Along with all the typical difficulties of being a teenager, Sabrina must learn how to control her magic, pass the test to earn her witch’s license so she doesn’t lose her powers, and follow all the rules of the Witches Council while somehow managing to appear normal to her friends at school. Her spells often go awry and she sometimes performs magic on accident because she’s so new to her gifts, which makes her secret difficult to hide from her peers and teachers at school, especially her crush, Harvey Kinkle (Nate Richert). Sabrina works at succeeding in the world of witches with the help of her kooky aunts, while also trying to maintain a normal life as a teenager.
