Robotech: The Masters is the second series within the eighty five episode long Robotech anime show Robotech. It originally came out in 1985. The series story was adapted from three different anime series that dealt with Mecha. The shows it used footage and altered dialogue from are The Super Dimension Fortress Macross, Super Dimension Cavalry Southern Cross, and Genesis Climber MOSPEADA. Within the show robotechnology are robot technologies that humans developed after discovering a crashed alien star ship on a South Pacific Island. Using this advanced technology humanity has built giant robots to fend off three new alien invasions and attacks. The humans and aliens are battling each other to gain control of a strong energy lifeblood force known as protoculture. Robotech: The Masters takes place fifteen years after the first alien war against Zentraedi forces and shows the second battle as the Earth gets invaded by the Robotech Masters.MORE
