Return to Fat Camp

Return to Fat Camp is an MTV made-for-TV documentary that follows the experiences of a group of overweight fourteen-year-olds who are spending their summer together at a camp designed specifically for teens interested in changing up their unhealthy daily habits and losing weight together. For overweight teens, the risk of obesity becoming a life-threatening health risk is huge. This camp is designed to give overweight teens a place to go where they can learn healthier habits and be around people they relate to without having to feel self-conscious about their weight. However, this camp isn't all about work. These teens are full of excitement to be living away from home, and there's plenty of trouble for everyone to get into. On top of that, there's a girl to boy ratio of 3 to 1, so there's plenty of drama to be had among the campers. These campers are all used to feeling out of place in their hometowns and schools, but while they're at summer camp they have the chance to make friends and change their lives while living in place that accepts and understands them.
