ReGenesis is a biomedical drama TV series developed by The Movie Network and Movie Central that centers on the scientists and doctors of NorBAC, or rather, the North American Biotechnology Advisory Commission, which investigates any and all problems within the realm of science, including bio-terrorism and diseases. With a team comprised of citizens from Canada, America, and Mexico, Dr. David Sandstrom (Peter Outerbridge), a molecular biologist, leads his team to work hard to solve the scientifically unexpected. From the search for patient zero of a deadly outbreak to investigating the controversial realm of stem cells and cloning, NorBAC try to connect the dots with these disasters, whether they are a result of terrorism or scientific exploration gone bad.
