Real Momentum Profiles looks into the lives of real life heroes in the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender community, often known as LGBT. One of the inspiring profiles of the programme takes a look at is that of Jenn Hofmann, who helps to better the lives of orphaned children in Kenya by organizing projects to source clean water and food. Another amazing profile is the profile of Mary Seton Corboy; a woman who against all odds defeated cancer and is now breathing a breath of fresh air into her suburban community with her nursery; Greensgrow Farms.
