Raines is the short lived crime procedural that ran on NBC during 2007. Jeff Goldblum starred as Michael Raines, an unorthodox LAPD detective who possessed the ability to converse with dead crime victims. The apparitions were not ghosts, but rather figments of his wild imagination. This unique affliction (or blessing?) caused problems with his fellow co-workers and his life away from the force. Raines was created by Graham Yost (Justified, Band of Brothers, From the Earth to the Moon, Boomtown) and executive produced by Yost, Felix Alcala, and Fred Golan.
