Radio Free Roscoe

Radio Free Roscoe, also known as RFR, was a Canadian television show filmed in Toronto, Canada. First aired in Canada on August 1 2003, RFR was eventually released to the United States where it was played on Nickolodeon's teen network, The N. The series eventually ended on May 27, 2005 because of a lack of funds from The N. The original producer, Decode Entertainment, could not fill in the gap left from The N, so the show ended. Reruns began playing in early 2008. Four teenagers, Robbie (Nathan Stephenson), Ray (Ali Mukaddam), Lily (Kate Todd), and Travis (Nathan Carter) attended Henry Roscoe High School where they got fed up with their school's radio station. They all decided to create a new radio station for the school called Radio Free Rosco. Each of the four teenagers created a radio name, similar to a pen name, to conceal their identity. These four friends faced challenges like regular high school students face, for example, relationship problems. Throughout the show different relationships formed, whether it was between two members in the group, or someone outside the group. RFR aired for two seasons totaling 52 episodes. MORE
