Property Virgins is the HGTV real estate reality series which follows the experiences of first time home buyers. Buying your first home is a huge decision, and a roller-coaster of a journey. For many buyers, it is the first big purchase of their lives, and they have to do everything they can to make sure they get the right house at the right price. Host Sandra Rinomato helps out the new buyers, serving as part realtor, part therapist, friend and financial adviser. Sandra takes her years of experience and puts them to work, helping these nervous new buys find their perfect new pad. She starts out by meeting with the prospective buyers, taking them around to houses and having them guess what she thinks they are selling for. She then asks them the features they want in a home and their price range, and goes on the hunt for a home that fits the bill. Based in Toronto, the first season focused on that area, but later seasons went to cities like Austin, Washington D.C., Boston, and Miami.
