Power Rangers

The Power Rangers took the world by storm in 1993, quickly becoming the most watched children's program on television. The series follows five teenagers living in Angel Grove, California, who are chosen by the powerful wizard Zordon to defend Earth from the threat of an evil alien named Rita Repulsa. Jason, Zack, Billy, Trini, and Kimberly are suddenly no longer normal high school students. Their new powers allow them to morph from typical teens into the Power Rangers, a force of talented fighters recognized by their costume color and their signature weapon. When the situation calls for it, the Rangers can summon their Zords, large assault machines shaped like dinosaurs. During the toughest battles, the five Zords can combine to form Megazord, a giant bipedal mechanical warrior capable of taking on the toughest opponents. Mighty Morphin Power Rangers captured viewers with its intense, fast-paced action scenes, and spawned several spin-off series and one feature film. MORE
