Played by Fame is a television show on the BET network in which fans spend an entire day hanging out with their favorite celebrities. They accompany the celebrity while they go about their daily routine and everything appears normal. This is a prank show, however, and there is a big twist. The celebrities carry out a series of pranks on the fan in an attempt to drive them crazy. The fans are often bewildered by their idols' strange behavior and viewers will relish in some hilarious reactions. The show's regular actors, including Nayip Ramos, Teneale Bender, Dana Hanna and Thai Phuong, assist with the ruse by playing the part of various characters the celebrity and his or her fan encounter throughout the day. The day ends only when the fan is pushed to their limit and the celebrity must reveal the fact that they've been pranked in a big way.
