Pimp My Ride: After Show

Pimp My Ride: After Show is the exclusive MTV after show that brings you more car-tricking action after each episode of Pimp My Ride. Pimp My Ride is the MTV series that premiered in 2004, where rapper host Xzibit would surprise people with a complete car makeover. X to the Z would find people with especially crappy cars, and steal them away to his shop, West Coast Customs (later Galpin Auto Sports) where the team does some extreme tuning. The crew would fix the car up, putting on new mirrors, windows, engine parts, and whatever needed repair. Most people would stop there, but this crew and Xzibit took it a big step further, adding crazy stuff like a dozen TV screens, bowling ball spinners, a clothes dryer, and even an electric fireplace. The team works with the driver's hobbies to make the ultimate ride, whether they are a surfer, bowler, rapper or anything under the sun. The series was a cultural phenomenon, leading to everything from cell phones to toilets being "pimped", as well as bringing Xzibit into the elite class of internet memes.
