NY-LON, short for "New York-London", is a British television series that premiered in 2004, and was broadcast on Channel 4 in London. The show was written by Simon Burke and Anya Camilleri. Fortunately, the show gained enough credit in the United States where it was broadcast on BBC America. Edie Miller (Rashida Jones), who lives and works in New York City, travels to London on a vacation. While Edie is in London she meets a dashing British man named Michael Antonioni (Stephen Moyer). Michael is a little older than Edie and works as a stockbroker. Edie and Michael have a real connection, and she is sad to leave him when her vacation is finally over. That is when they decide to engage in a long-distance relationship. Their relationship is an emotional roller coaster filled with feelings of doubt, impatience, and jealousy. NY-LON was the first British television show to be filmed in the Lower East Side and East Village of New York City. If you enjoyed drooling over Stephen Moyer in the True Blood Series, you will definitely appreciate his performance in NY-LON. And Rashida Jones is also as lovely as ever. Tune in to learn if the transatlantic couple with make it through their problems and be together at last.MORE
