New York Goes to Work

New York Goes to Work is another VH1 reality show starring Tiffany "New York" Pollard. This time she needs to find a job and go to work, which can prove to be pretty dicey considering that New York doesn't appear to have any societal or vocational skills and seems to lack the motivation and competence to do an honest day's work in general. In each episode, the fans vote via text message on which job they would like to see New York try to perform. If she doesn't completely fail at the occupation she is assigned to, she is awarded a $10,000 bonus. If she fails, she receives nothing. Over the eight episodes and season finale of the series, New York is employed as an exterminator, pig farmer, an employee at a nudist resort, a ghost hunter, an animal trainer, an employee at a doggie day care, clown, an employee at a fast food restaurant, and in the season finale America chooses an opponent for New York to fight in a boxing match.
