Neighbors From Hell is an animated comedcy series on TBS about friendly demon Balthazor (voiced by Will Sasso) and the rest of his family. Balthazor works in hell and has a penchant for humans, frequently getting in trouble for watching their television sitcoms. When a conglomerate on earth invents a drill to penetrate hell, Balthazor is the perfect candidate to go stop them because of this knowledge of humans. The rest of his family is not as excited about the relocation. Wife Tina (Molly Shannon) has started a new job, and daughter Mandy (Tracey Fairaway), son Josh (David Soren), Uncle Vlaartark (Kyle McCulloch) and dog Pazuzu all find humans repulsive. They find t hat their assumptions are nothing compared to reality, once they move into the suburbs next to foul-mouthed debutante Marjoe (Dina Walters) and Balthazor meets his evil new boss Killbride (Kurtwood Smith).
