Nancy Grace

Nancy Grace is the HLN current affairs and debate show hosted by legal commentator and former prosecutor Nancy Grace. HLN, formerly known as CNN Headline News, is a cable TV news channel which started in 1982 as a spinoff to CNN. The network focused on giving the viewer all the day's news in just 30 minutes, covering national, international, and pop culture stories. Nancy was on track to become an English professor after college, until the murder of her fiance when she was 19, when she decided to turn to law. She enrolled in law school, going on to become a felony prosecutor and supporter of victim's rights. She worked for nearly a decade in the Atlanta-Fulton County, Georgia District Attorney's office as a Special Prosecutor, dealing with felonies of serial murder, serial rape, serial child molestation and arson. She went on to work with CourtTV, later moving to CNN Headline News in 2005. The show covers the high-profile legal issues of the day, providing viewers with a clear understanding of crime cases, both the top stories and those that have been overlooked.
