My Santa

My Santa is a holiday anime tale written by Ken Akamatsu and presented on the small screen by Funimation Entertainment. The story is centered around Mai, a young Santa-in-training and student at the Santa Claus Academy. As one of her homework assignments, Mai is sent to work her magic on a young Christmas-hating boy coincidentally named Santa. Santa, is a lonely boy whose birthday happens to be Christmas Eve, resulting in teasing from his classmates and peers, thus causing him to hate the winter holiday. When Mai appears before Santa, she is forced to use every ounce of her strength to make an impression on him. With a deep seeded hatred of Christmas, Mai has work cut out for her, but she is determined to get the job done and complete the assignment that she was sent on. My Santa is a great modern-day spin on the classic Ebenezer Scrooge character, and a holiday tale sure to get anyone into the Christmas spirit. MORE
