My Boys

My Boys is a comedy TV series developed by TBS that centers on P.J. Franklin (Jordana Spiro), an attractive and personable tomboy who works as a sportswriter and reporter, as she spends most of her time being one of the guys with her five slightly eccentric guy friends. Whether it’s their weekly poker games, hanging out at the sport’s bar, or dealing with the brash but loveable attitudes of her guy friends, P.J. tries to relationships knowing that most guys are intimidated and confused by her unconventional “family” and interests. Her group consists of her married and typically grumpy older brother Andy (Jim Gaffigan), a very attractive club manager Brendan (Reid Scott), a crass former Chicago Cubs worker Mike (Jamie Kaler), a shy and slightly awkward storeowner Kenny (Michael Bunin), and a professional rival and P.J.’s crush Bobby (Kyle Howard). In such a male-dominated life, P.J. has to counteract the testosterone with some advice from her sole female friend, Stephanie (Kellee Stewart), as she tries to navigate her life in Chicago. MORE
