Moyashimon: Tales of Agriculture

Moyashimon: Tales of Agriculture is a Japanese-style animated ("anime") television series on FUNimation. The show if focused around a college student named Tadayasu Sawaki. He is beginning his first year at an agricultural university when he discovers his supernatural ability to communication and interact with bacteria and micro-organisms. The world of these organisms is unique only to Tadayasu, who has an unusual perspective on them: they appear much larger than normal, with strange appearances all their own. Tadaysu's ability becomes widely known on campus, and he gains a bit of notoriety and fame because of it. Tadayasu soon learns that one of the professors at the university, Keiz_ Itsuki, had heard of Tadayasu's "gift" before he attended the university. already knew about his gift via Tadayasu's grandfather.
