Mamotte! Roripoppu

Mamotte! Lollipop is a Japanese-style animated ("anime") series based on the eponymous sh_jo manga series, written and illustrated by Michiyo Kikuta. Mamotte! Lollipop (Rescue Me! Lollipop) is about seventh grader Nina Yamada, who accidently swallows what she believes to be a piece of candy. In actuality, it is the Crystal Pearl, a coveted item for sorcery students who wish to become full-fledged sorcerers. As a consequence, she becomes a the target of these sorcery students. She is befriended by two of them, however, that want to protect her from the others and also find away to remove the pearl from inside of Nina. These two sorcerers-in-training, Zero and Ichii, devise a potion that should be able to remove the crystal, but it will take six months to complete. In the mean time, the three are forced to stay on their toes as others come after Nina and the crystal inside of her. The anime debuted in 2006 in Japan. MORE
