Lipstick Jungle is a dramatic comedy series on NBC based on a novel of the same name by author Candace Bushnell, and focusing on friends Wendy Healy (Brooke Shields), Nico Reilly (Kim Raver), and Victory Ford (Lindsay Price). All three women are at the top of their careers, with Wendy being the former president of production company Parador Pictures and now producing independently, Victory as a renowned fashion designer, and Nico as the editor-in-chief of Bonfire Magazine. They support each other in their professional aspirations as they navigate the crazy society of New York City, while also finding time away from their flourishing careers to find romance. Wendy is married to Shane Healy (Paul Blackthorne), a British musician, with whom she has a teenage daughter named Maddie (Sarah Hyland), Nico has a complicated and ever-changing relationship with photographer Kirby Atwood (Robert Buckley), and Victory is engaged to billionaire Joe Bennett (Andrew McCarthy).
