Lights Out

Lights Out is a drama television series on FX, created by Justin Zackham of The Bucket List, and starring Holt McCallany of CSI: Miami. The series centers around an aging heavyweight boxing champion (Holt McCallany) who finds that he is not quite ready for real life after he retires from his taxing life as a heavyweight boxer. Somehow, the retiree must support his wife and three daughters, without the assistance of his generous professional athlete's salary. He finds himself at a major crossroads in his life and with financial problems on top of that. He knows that he is too old and should not resume boxing, but his only alternative appears to be taking up work for a harsh debt collector.
