Let’s Just Play Go Healthy is a reality TV show produced by Nickelodeon that allows kids to participate in a six-month challenge to make their lives healthier. The William J. Clinton Foundation, founded by former US President Bill Clinton, and the American Heart Association joined together in order to help kids learn how to eat healthier, exercise more, and to gain a better awareness of what they can do to live a healthier and better life. The Nick.com website for Let’s Just Play Go Healthy allows for participants to track their progress as well as to offer monthly challenges, such as increasing the amount of water they drink in a day and writing down what they eat, drink, and what activities they take part in (including their TV and computer time). Supporting this Alliance for a Healthier Generation is also the American Diabetes Association, the National Association of Physical and Sports Education, National Recreation and Park Association, and the National Rural Health Association. You too can join in on the challenge to get healthy!MORE
