The King of Miami was a comedic reality television series that followed the exploits and adventures of the comedian Dave Hill as he dubiously tried to make himself a big name celebrity in Miami Florida. Dave Hill however is far from what Miami, or any big city, would consider a celebrity, as he's just recently left from Cleveland, where he was living in his parent's basement. Regardless he has decided to reinvent himself in Miami by getting a 22 million dollar mansion, beautiful women, a fancy wardrobe, a private jet and a speed boat. He gets a spray on tan, a tight suit and even his own personal bodyguard who is a strange man named Phil. Hill has strong competition when it comes to being the King of Miami however in the form of the real Mr. Miami Beach, Michael Allen. Allen is the Tourism and Convention Director and Chief of Protocol for Miami Beach. Will Hill be able to best this true Miami king?
