Kids Fit Squad

Kids Fit Squad is an educational healthy parenting television show from the Digital Rights Group. With staggering obesity rates all across the nation, reflecting a worrying trend towards increased morbidity in the modern age, it is time for Americans to regain control of their lives and health. As with First Lady Michelle Obama's initiatives to promote healthy eating and regular exercise, the first step in overcoming this serious issue is educating Americans about what needs to be done. Obesity often begins in childhood and then plagues its victims throughout the remainder of their lives. Kids Fit Squad tries to nip obesity in the bud by educating parents about how to keep their kids fit and healthy. Simply put, kids that like eating need to get up off of the couch and be active.
