Inked

Inked is a documentary television series that ran on A&E Network from July 2005 to October 2006, totaling 40 episodes during a 2 season duration. The show, created by Jeff Bowler, follows the employees of the Hart & Huntington Tattoo Company in Las Vegas, Nevada as they go about living and working in the wildest city in America, in one of the most out-there jobs available. The characters that frequent the tattoo parlor are a colorful mix, as are the skin artists that work there. Along with a look at an underappreciated art form, Inked shows some of the trials and tribulations of a small business and includes plenty of drama from one of America's larger than life cities. Even for those who have never had a tattoo and would not even consider getting one, Inked is an interesting show that looks at people, life, work, self discovery, and self expression from a fresh perspective.
