I Want To Work For Diddy is a reality show featuring contestants who want to be the assistant to Sean Combs, better known as Diddy. As famous for his name changes as he is for his work as a rapper, actor, designer and producer, working for Diddy will prove to be no easy task. As the contestants compete in nearly impossible challenges, Diddy judges their work ethic, competence, dedication, and their sense of humor. With the help of his already assembled team, Diddy finds out who he can trust and who simply won't make the cut. The challenges are centered around tasks that previous assistants had to complete, who now after proving their perseverance have more prestigious roles in Diddy's business ventures. The applicants show that they can succeed in teams or solo and must also state their case to a panel of judges comprised of Diddy's esteemed colleagues, but only one will prove that they have what it takes to work for Diddy and learn from him.
