How I Met Your Mother

How I Met Your Mother (or HIMYM) tells the story of Ted, a single guy in his 20s living in New York and looking for his soul mate. The story is told from the perspective of Ted in the year 2030, as he tells his children the complete story of how he met their mother. Along with Ted, the show follows Marshall, Ted's best friend since the beginning of college, and his long time girlfriend Lilly. The show follows their ups and downs as newlyweds. Rounding out the group are Barney, the outrageous ladies man who is never without a suit, and Robin, a Canadian news reporter who quickly becomes part of the group. The group wrestles with issues regarding work, love and life in New York while always sticking together and never missing an opportunity for a lewd joke. The show stars Josh Radnor, Jason Segel, Alyson Hannigan, Neil Patrick Harris, Cobie Smulders and is narrated by Bob Saget. MORE
