House of Carters (also known as The Carters), an American reality show broadcast on the E! network, follows the lives of Nick Carter and his four siblings. Nick Carter gained popularity in the mid 1990's as a member of the boy band The Backstreet Boys, while younger brother Aaron had a short-lived solo singing career. As the eldest of the five children, Nick attempts to revitalize his career by producing more music all the while attempting to reconnect with his family. Siblings B.J., Aaron, Leslie, and Angel all struggle to find their identity within the famous family. B.J. turns to the bottle early in the series, and Nick and Aaron fight regularly. Wealth and fame give the siblings many opportunities, but most get squandered away. Premiering in 2006, the series ran for eight episodes and featured the Nick Carter song "Let It Go" as the theme. Because of poor critical reception, House of Carters was canceled before the season finale aired.MORE
