Happy Days is the classic ABC sitcom about 1950s and 1960s America that follows the young everyman Richie Cunningham and his rebellious friend Fonzie. The series paints a nostalgic portrait of the time period. Early Rock and Roll was taking over the country, drive-in theaters were all the rage, and the young generation was establishing a style that would influence American life for years to come. The series takes place in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Most of the show takes place in the Cunningham's home, as the typical American family meets the trials and triumphs of daily life. Happy Days created a wide cast of memorable characters, including Fonzie's younger cousin, Chachi, and Fonzie's colorful ex-girlfriend, Pinky Tuscadero. This smash-hit series aired for eleven seasons between 1974 and 1984. Guest stars who appeared on the show include Tom Hanks, Robin Williams, and home run king Hank Aaron.
