Gary the Rat was an American adult oriented cartoon television series starring Kelsey Grammar which originated as an online series of flash cartoons. Grammar played the titular rat Gary Wrigley who was a ruthless lawyer who got mysteriously turned into a six foot tall rat. Now a giant rat, Gary must deal with his strange condition while ignoring the possibility that changing his ways may be his only hope in turning back into a human. The show was broadcast on Spike TV in 2003, lasting only one season before cancellation. Other characters included Johnny Bugz, a pathetic exterminator who is determined to kill Gary but normally falls victim to his own traps, Boots, Johnny's cat, Mr. Harrison, Gary's boss at the Law Firm of Harrison, Camille, Beckett and Weiss, Truman Pinksdale, the head of the Montana, Gary's building, and Bud, a cheese delivery boy who brings cheese from 'Ye Olde Cheese Shoppe.'
