Flavor of Love

Flavor of Love is VH1's hit reality show following hip hop personality and former Public Enemy emcee Flavor Flav and his quest for true love. Flavor Flav is a hopeless romantic searching for someone special in a world where his status attracts many insincere suitors. Flavor of Love was a huge success for VH1, capturing audiences with Flavor Flav's charm and quirky habits. For each of the three seasons, twenty women were brought together under one roof to compete in a series of challenges. At the end of each show, Flavor would consider each contestant and eliminate one from the competition. Each contestant received a nick name from Flavor Flav, like Hoopz, Deelishis, Buckeey, Toasteee, and Buckwild, Nibbles, Bootz, and Myammee. For the finale of each season, Flavor would pick one contestant to continue seeing after the show ended. This landmark show created a new genre in VH1's celebreality series. Flavor of Love spawned many other successful spin-offs including I Love New York, I Love Money, and Charm School. MORE
