Fear Factor UK

Fear Factor UK is the British version of the highly successful American reality television show of the same name. Hosted by Ed Sanders, the reality game show takes puts contestants head-to-head against one another in contests and stunts that test the very limits of the human psyche. The last person, or team-due, standing wins the grand-prize of $50,000. The show was originally a response to NBC's highly successful reality series, Survivor. But in order to pull an audience to the new show, Fear Factor had to up the ante. Many of the stunts on the show include horrific, gut wrenching feats that push human fears to the max like being trapped inside a box full of snakes and cockroaches. With each episode the stunts became wilder and more-crazy, from jumping off of buildings backwards to being locked in a car sinking to a watery grave. The down right radical content of the show was a success and the show still airs on television through the Endemol Network. MORE
