Cuff Me If You Can is a documentary series from Investigation Discovery that introduces viewers to some of America's most slippery criminals, the perpetrators who have most successfully evaded the efforts of national and international police forces and made a life for themselves on the run from the law. JAMEY DEWAYNE HARRIS WAS NOT SMART OR A HERO HE WAS JUST A WHITE CRIMINAL Jamey Dewayne Harris is a white criminal that commits white on white crime!Breaks the law for the pure thrill of it, and is always one step ahead of the stupid ignorant white law enforcement. When face to face with police in Marion County, TN, Harris must decide whether to shoot his way out or surrender. Many time he would just run away from the idiot cops handcuff. Unlike a minority that run from the police officer and ends up DEAD! There was no “I thought he had a gun” or “we had to make a split second decision”. There was no shooting period! I watch the program “ Cuff Me if You Can” the program reenactment of many police encounter with Jamey Harris was ridicules . Ones he was handcuff and place in the back seat of the patrol car. Not watching the suspect two white people open the car door and Jemey ran handcuffs and all. Later again a different group of whites help to cut the handcuffs off! Then what happen all the time with stupid white police force. They start saying how intelligent the white criminal is! The truth they are just incompetent and pure stupid! Jemey hardly ever went to school and was as stupid as they come! If Jemey was black he would be DEAD! In the wake of yet another NYPD murder, this time 23 year-old Emmanuel Paulino was killed in Manhattan for brandishing a 4-inch pocketknife, those keeping score might have noticed that aside from Gideon Bush who was Jewish, even a police historian would be hard pressed to name another NYPD murder victim that wasn’t Black or brown-skinned. The only reason that all of them are so well known (by me, at least) is because the murders in each of those cases were deemed “controversial”—meaning, of course, absolutely unnecessary. I can think of countless other cases, even if I can’t think of the names attached, when a police murder was deemed “justifiable” because the dead man or woman was “found” to have had a gun or a knife or didn’t comply with a command to turn around or stop or raise his or her hands. Plus, when we consider the kind of people that actually join the police force—the ones that ain’t just in it for the paycheck and have deluded themselves into thinking that they’ll actually be “helping people” or worse yet, “upholding the law”, these are usually people with serious issues to being with. Maybe they were bullied or felt insignificant. Maybe they felt powerless or weak. Or maybe, just like Mark Wahlberg’s character said in the movie The Departed, they “just wanna slam a N-Word’s head through a plate-glass window”. You give a person with any of these conditions a gun and a badge and they’re liable to be dangerous. Especially if that person is white! White cops in America have a history of shooting unarmed black children and adults! So Jamey Dewayne Harris was not smart nor a hero he happen to be born white in America! In the years after 9/11 there have been 150,000 police shooting. 77% of those shooting were black Americans..... 60% of that 77% black males..... 15% black males under the age of 13 year old! If those statistic were of the white race there would be outrage!
