The Return of the Condor Heroes

The Return of the Condor Heroes is a Chinese television series based on a book series of the same name written by Jin Yong. Guo Jing and Huang Rong have raised Yang Guo and send him to the Quanzhen Sect to train his body and mind in martial arts. Despite trying his hardest, Yang Guo is teased by the other students and treated poorly by his instructor Zhao Zhijing. Fed up with this poor treatment, Yang Guo runs away to the Tomb of the Living Dead and stumbles upon the Ancient Tomb Sect. He is found by Xiaolongn' and begins to study under her. The two live together for many years and Yang eventually falls in love with her. Their love is forbidden and the two must go through many hardships in order to stay together. They decide they can no longer stay together and promise to meet up again after sixteen years. During their time apart, Yang wanders the Chinese country fighting battles and even assisting in thwarting a Mongol invasion. MORE
