Chocolate News was satirical news show hosted by comedian David Alan Grier and broadcast by Comedy Central. During its run, the show was aired as a lead-in to its well-established satirical news counterparts, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and The Colbert Report. "In Living Color" alum and Tony Award-nominee David Alan Grier highlights current events and news stories in a way the host believed African Americans would view them. Such news stories included a plan to help crack addicts become healthier, a profile of the first African American to appear in adult films, an operation to save black and white conjoined twins, and a rapper's public service announcement gone awry. David Alan Grier’s news correspondents comprised of Ronnie Tucker, Alicia Sanders, Alan Boda, and Kelvin Melvin.
