Cheyenne is a 2006 reality series following pop-country singer/songwriter Cheyenne Kimball in her first jaunt into the world of professional music. After gaining a great deal of music insider acclaim, Cheyenne was signed to a record label and given a reality show on MTV to give fans an insight into what her life was really like. The series begins on Cheyenne's fifteenth birthday where Cheyenne meets up with her friends from school and they reconnect. At the same time, Cheyenne is meeting with record companies and planning her first big show at The Roxy. Nerves get the best of her as she fears she has a case of strep throat and may have to cancel the show. After a visit to the doctor, she is cleared to perform and wows the audience with her catchy melodies and upbeat attitude. The series goes on for eight episodes chronicling Cheyenne's rise from small-town Texas girl to big time music star. Cheyenne must deal with the changes she is facing like moving to Los Angeles and breaking up with her long time boyfriend, John. But she knows making it big means making big sacrifices, and she learns a lot along the way.MORE
