Celebrity Fit Club

Celebrity Fit Club is the VH1 reality weight loss competition where celebrities like Shar Jackson, Nicole Eggert, Dustin Diamond, Toccara Jones and Kelly Lebrock compete to lose weight, under the guidance of drill instructor Harvey Walden IV, dietitian Dr. Ian K. Smith, and life coach Rhonda Britten. The celebrity guests split into two teams of four and go head-to-head each week. The teams compete in physical challenges each week, led by the hot-tempered drill instructor Harvey, who's no-nonsense approach doesn't always sit well with the celebs, causing feuds like the heated argument with Saved By The Bell's Dustin Diamond. Dr. Ian K. Smith, the creator of the fat smash diet, helps the team set weight loss goals and get on the right nutrition plan.
