Campus Cops

Campus Cops is a thirty minute sitcom following the adventures of Andy (Ben Bode) and Wayne (Ryan Hurst), two incompetent Canfield University security guards in charge of the safety and welfare of the university's nubile young students - the female ones. With a brief stint on the USA Network between January and March of 1996, executive producer John Landis attempts to echo his earlier works. During the first episode, entitled Muskrat Ramble, the two 'cops' are given the task of protecting the university mascot - and promptly lose it. Episodes are viewed online, each featuring another juvenile set of antics in which the main characters embroil themselves, usually in a feeble attempt to impress a woman. During the single season Campus Cops aired, this Dumb and Dumber-ish duo engineers an alien invasion, searches for hidden treasure, wrestles alligators and liberally apply themselves to other shenanigans under the haphazard eye of Dean Pilkington (Monte Markham).
