Cake Boss: Next Great Baker is a new reality TV series from TLC that takes Buddy Valastro (of TLC's Cake Boss fame) and gives him judge duties on an all-new cake competition. With an opening in the family pastry business, Valastro has decided to give that position to whichever tough soul has the ability to survive his 8-week competition. In Next Great Baker, Buddy and his family concoct all sorts of out-of-this-world schemes, challenges, and competitions in order to separate the froth from the milk.
