Brainsurge is a television game show from Nickelodeon that tests memory and comprehension of the contestants in fast-changing and mind-testing challenges. The game consists of three round of puzzles and challenges presented by host Jeff Sutphen. Contestants must be careful to answer correctly or they will be sent down the Brain Drain, a human ear shaped slide covered in ear wax slime. The first round's challenge is a series of visual puzzles. The second round consists of a story reading and questions testing the memory and comprehension of the story. The last round's challenge is to memorize and recall patterns on a large illuminated floor.
